The goal of our club is to provide students with cultural experiences and opportunities for discussion.
We meet on select Thursdays in Room 32 at 2:45pm.

The mission of Students Run LA is to challenge underserved secondary students to experience the benefits of goal-setting, character development, adult mentoring and improved health by providing them with a truly life-changing experience: The training for and completion of the Los Angeles Marathon.
Students have practice runs weekly and participate in monthly distance events that build them up gradually to participate in the Los Angeles Marathon.
Advisor: Ms. Corral-Valenzuela
Marvel Club provides students with a space to share their love of the all things Marvel - comics, movies, etc....

Our club is for the purpose of enjoying some after school gaming with like minded D&D enthusiasts.
The club meets every Tuesday after school in Room 7 for an hour. Any changes or cancellations will be made through the daily announcements.

Through information, discussion, activities and outings, we strive to provide girls with tools that will increase their awareness and enable them to be self-confident as they chart their course through their Junior High years and beyond!
We meet on specified Fridays and Wednesdays for approximately an hour after school. Permission slips and date flyers are can be found on the school club bulletin board.

Gay Straight Alliance - GSA Club at Grace Yokley is a welcoming group that exists to provide a safe space for lgbtqia+ students and allies where they can meet in a judgement-free zone.
The group advocates for and supports a safe, inclusive culture with open arms at GYS with a goal of acceptance, visibility, and equality.
We meet on the last Wednesday of the month at 1:40 in Room 44. All are welcome.

Bible Club is led by amazing student leaders and utilizes readings from the Old and New Testament of the Bible as the guide for all activities and lessons. Meetings may involve Christian music scripture, student led prayer, games, drama skits, food, and lots of fun. Our vision is for all club members to learn the historical stories and themes as contained within the Christian Bible (Old and New Testament). We respect students of all denominations and faiths. In fact, all currently enrolled GYS students are welcome to attend.
All meetings are in the MPR from 2:30-3:30pm unless otherwise noted.

Book Club takes place on Wednesday after school in the library and is for those book loving students who want to enjoy reading and discussing books with others.
