Slow Chromebook?

If your Chromebook is running slowly, you may need to clear your cache. Google Chrome, by default, keeps a copy of website information on your local device. Sometimes this stored information can cause web applications to work improperly.  Please see the attached instructions to clear the cache on your Chromebook.

Chromebook Login Instructions

In order to access your student chromebook, you will need the following information:

Login - This is your first name, last name initial, last 4 digits of your student ID.  Your student ID can be found at the top of your schedule.

Login: johnd1234

Password - This is the 10-digit SSID number which can be found on the white sticker at the bottom of your Student Agenda cover page.


If you are newly enrolled at GYS, please note that it may take a few days for your login and password to be activated through the district office.
